本学科点积极创造良好的育人环境。自2002年起与兰州大学、浙江师范大学、浙江工业大学、浙江理工大学、佳木斯大学等高校开展硕士研究生联合培养工作,积累了比较丰富的研究生培养工作经验其中13名已顺利毕业并获得硕士学位,自2010年起,本学科点挂靠宁波大学试招硕士研究生,已试招硕士研究生9名,培养工作进展顺利,取得了较好的成果。自2009年1月至今,联合培养研究生发表SCI收录论文25篇。

本学科已制定的《绍兴文理学院化学化工学院精密贵重仪器设备管理及工作量核定办法》(详见附件二)对本院研究生使用大型精密仪器做了规定。研究生首先通过培训和考核,经仪器管理人员考核合格后,可以在有资格操作仪器的教师指导下,进行仪器的基本操作。使用过程中须遵守该制度。
本学科研究生可以充分利用学科内自身的重点实验室攻读学位。2011年本学科建成绍兴市医药化工重点实验室,并新增绍兴医药化工创新服务平台。2011年3月,与浙江大学、温州大学合作申报的“功能化多孔材料与绿色替代技术科技创新团队”成为浙江省重点创新团队。2012年9月,“浙江省精细化学品传统工艺替代技术研究重点实验室”获批建设立项。绍兴文理学院化学化工学院还有分析测试中心和浙江省基础化学实验教学示范中心各一个。现有实验室使用面积5000多平方米,仪器设备投资达2900多万元。研究生攻读学位期间,可以充分享用这些自有的实验室的仪器设备,开展科学实验。
